Just a little blurb before I go to bed....!
Last night, Hubby, Kai, Sacha, and I were watching Star Trek TNG. The intro started up, and at the parts where the Enterprise zooms towards the screen three times, Kai freaked out! Hubby thought it was Kai reacting to Sacha moving around or something, so he hit the rewind button and played the intro again. Sure enough...! Kai panicked, and I pet him and cooed to him to tell him it was okay...and that Hubby was mean... But it surprised us that it was realistic looking enough that he perceived it as a threat!) I explained to Hubby how a bird's vision worked, since they don't have forward-facing eyes like us.
Poor Kai! The Enterprise must look like some weird, shiny bird of prey to him!
